Studios & Gear
After a year and a half of memorable sessions in Gardentone on Morgan Ave, Brooklyn, the time came to upgrade. I wanted to offer more, and at the same time be even more flexible. In May of 2010, I merged my gear with the in-demand studio, MetroSonic (see latest from: Chromeo, and The Damned Things). Not just a Neve console, vintage mics, & tape machines in a beautiful window-lit corner space (although, it is that), there is also a great staff of seasoned assistants and maintenance, with a full kitchen, lounge, and rooftop.
I’m also lucky enough to have relationships with many studios in the area, and really can/do work in just about any space you can imagine. Each with their own gear & room offerings, and budget catering. Some of my favorite places to work are:
- MetroSonic (mid/large scale, Brooklyn)
- Cove City Sound Studios (full scale facility, Long Island)
- The Audio Bunker (66 Rivington, Manhattan, small scale, great vibe, LES Manhattan)
- Flux Studios (high end, boutique, LES Manhattan)
- Your Apartment or Rehearsal Space (yep)
- Casa Wall (My home high-end mixing studio)

An easy thing to do is just give a call or shoot an email; I’d be happy to talk through your project and we can figure out what’s best for you in no time.
